Vimeo Creative Collection Collection (V3C)

The Vimeo Creative Collection Collection is a video dataset for research purposes. It consists of cireative-commons licensed videos sampled from vimeo in such a way as to be representative of web-video more generally. The dataset is currently used for the Video Browser Showdown and the TRECVID Ad-hoc Video Search and Video to Text tasks.
